The Only Thing Consistent Is Change

The only thing consistent in this great world of ours, is change. It is known in physics and in science, that nothing stays the same, that everything is in a state of flux, meaning moving from one energy state to another. This is also understood by philosophers who studied Plato as well as Hermes. And this is an important point to come to terms with in our own lives.

Everything in nature reflects into your life, for we are all reflections of one another, including that of nature. If everything is in a state of flux, that means it is either increasing in vibration, excitement or light…or decreasing in vibration. In life, this means you are either evolving into a better, more empowered state, or becoming more stagnant,
more entrenched in your beliefs, and therefore cycles or actions. So, this brings about and interesting point.

Raising Your Vibration

If you are moving to a higher vibration, then you are connecting to a higher energy, and shifting yourself, and this is by your will and actions. If you do not do this, it means you are moving into a more dense or stagnant state, and implies that you are being acted upon by the forces of this world, instead of freeing yourself from the bonds that hold you.

You never stay in the same place. You are either becoming better, or more rigid. Those who know and understand this often seek out tools, advice, and activities to help overcome stagnation in life, so not only are you in greater control of your future, but you can help those that you care about as well. And in reality, this is a primal desire within every being. You are all filled with an innate desire to be better, to be more, to create more, and to be more effective. No one came into this world wishing to be mediocre or less. All of us, in our hearts strive to be better.

Practice Kindness

A great way to raise your vibration is to meditate. One of the most overlooked tools in your arsenal for creating positive change in life, is to just BE KIND TO YOURSELF! We often think of being kind to other people, and this is essential in your progression as a Light Worker and overcoming your own stagnation. For when you help others, you also see where you are getting in your own way. At the same time, it is easier to be kind and helpful to others than it is to be kind to yourself. Being nice to yourself, recharges your batteries, and gives you the fuel you need to increase your vibration and overcome the difficulties that can arise from life's experiences.

In my dedication to becoming better myself, and to helping others to do the same, we are offering a free gift. One of our more popular meditations. Please feel free to listen and use this and share it with your friends. And may your light shine!

Give Yourself A Break

You know you need a break when…

When you go shopping, and you leave the groceries in the car.

When you put the right sock on the left foot…

When you show up to work and someone tells you your shirt is on backwards and inside out.

When you get lost on your way home.

When you can't remember what you ordered at the restaurant.

When you start calling your family members by the wrong name.

When your dreams are more about work than fun.

When you don't realize you're thinking out loud.

When the kids homework is too difficult to figure out.

When your forehead bares imprint of your watch.

When you show up at a party and 2 other people are wearing the same top.

When you show up for "Wicked" the day after the show.

When you can't remember where you parked your car.

Remember to give yourself a break. Be kind to yourself. This world has become very fast, even stressful, with internal pressures, that most of us don't even begin to comprehend. Spiritual energies are higher than ever before, pushing us to make choices, to choose the light or to be aware of where we don't. It is getting harder and harder to deny where we need to grow.

But in this life, it is easy to focus on what's not working, or what's wrong. And this life is not about what's wrong. Its about the great things we are here to create. And we only create from our strength, intuition, and inspiration.

We all have a genius. We all have a greatness. May yours shine!

John

Meditation

In all spiritual traditions, meditation is a cornerstone of spiritual practice and discipline. There are many books written on meditation, many techniques, and all of them profess of a great value in stilling and turning off your thoughts.

What is rarely discussed, and what I would like to share with you, is why meditation is the cornerstone. First and foremost, stilling your mind helps you enhance your ability to communicate with your spiritual guides, it helps to eliminate mind chatter and alleviate stress. All of this is well-known. Proper breathing techniques greatly enhance your ability to slow down your mind, shifting you from a beta state to an alpha state or deeper.

Breathing
Correct breathing engages your focus and will, overriding your normal biological functions. This is essential in learning how to take control of your life. If you cannot maintain a sustained breathing technique, which stills the mind and calms the body, releasing stress, then you are being controlled by that stress.

Since all spiritual traditions eventually lead to personal empowerment and divine consciousness, it is important to understand that divine consciousness can only be achieved through connection to the Divine through control over your physical body and your lower self. This is also known as death of the personality.

Expanding Consciousness
In all spiritual practices, meditation is for expanding consciousness. This expansion allows us to connect to higher spiritual beings, as well as specific rays of creation and transformation. It is through proper breathing and meditation that we can hold onto these rays for extended periods of time, thus accelerating our transformation, from a lower vibration to a higher vibration. This allows us to overcome fears, doubts, and misconceptions, and additionally, to bring transformational energies that allow us to perpetuate physical, emotional, and mental healing for ourselves. And with enough practice, you can then flow these energies to others. There are no shortcuts to our spiritual progression, but there are certain tools that are instrumental.

Psychic Awareness
One more thing. When you meditate, focusing on your third eye, at the front of your forehead, will help expand clairvoyance. Focusing on a spot three inches behind and three inches above your head will stimulate both the pineal and pituitary gland, which not only enhances clairvoyance, but also your ability to communicate directly to your guides. For this opens a doorway to the spiritual dimensions.

Advanced meditation can only be accomplished when basic body control and energy control, through empowerment of the will and breath are achieved. And advanced meditation is when it gets fun!
